Representatives from CNEA’s secretariat and CREA - Casablanca attended a conference on improving the business climate and promoting SMEs in the MENA region, held between May 11th and 15th, 2015 in Manama. This conference was jointly organised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Kingdom of Bahrain) and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) and offered the opportunity for the Committee to share ideas with experts and other delegations from the region. This regional meeting, which was attended by representatives from MENA countries including Morocco, Tunisia, Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan, was also attended by national and international experts and provided an opportunity to share good practices on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Procedures (ADR) in the context of economic development.
