The CNEA Secretariat organised jointly with the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the United States Department of Commerce, a workshop for CREA representatives on the simplification and harmonisation of procedures for starting a business in Morocco and on project management techniques.
This workshop, which was held between 9 and 10 November 2015 in Rabat, was attended by directors and managers of the Regional Investment Centres and heads of ministerial departments that are interested in the issues of business environment in Morocco. The workshop focused on:
- Presenting the CNEA's work process and action plan and those of the Regional Committees of Business Environment (CREA);
- Organising working sessions on project management techniques led by subject matter experts, and in the presence of the managers of the various projects included in the CNEA’s annual action plan.
