As part of efforts to simplify business creation procedures, the company's registration fees were reduced from January 2013 by the fixing of a fee of MAD 1,000 instead of the proportional fee of 1%. This amendment aims to encourage entrepreneurs to establish companies and consolidate their capital, especially SMEs where the subscribed capital does not exceed MAD 500,000.
This reform made it possible to
- reduce the costs associated with business creation;
- improve the country's image and increasing its attractiveness for investors;
- Facilitate business creation.
