Chaired by the head of government , the National Committee for Business Environment (CNEA) was set up and institutionalised by Decree No. 2-10-259 published in the official bulletin of 2 December 2010. Under this decree, the committee's mission is to propose to the government measures likely to improve the business environment in Morocco, strengthen the legal framework governing it, coordinate the implementation of the proposed measures and assess their impact on the sectors concerned. The committee carries out its mandate in cooperation with the various public and private partners concerned.
